Our pallets, crates and packing cases are all made-to-order, and manufactured to your exact requirements, including heat treating for export use (when required).
We can make your timber products to any size, from 7′ x 5′ apex and pent roof sheds to 16′ x 10′ summer houses. We have created timber products for several industries including food and drink, construction, transport and building supplies, as well as products for domestic use.
The largest crate we have manufactured to date measured at 3.5m x 6m x 4.2m. This was for a 25-ton press machine. We also manufacture crates as small as 200mm x 200mm x 200mm.
We can supply sheets of plywood ranging from 6mm to 18mm thick and offer an in-house cutting service.
We manufacture fence panels to your requirements.
All timber products are manufactured at our purpose-built workshop on Wrexham Industrial Estate, ready for local delivery or collection. Whilst many items are made-to-order, we do stock a selection of ready-to-buy items. We can supply and deliver products for commercial use across the UK.
We are Heat Treat Certified for 56/30 for our customers that require heat treated goods. We are also iSPSM15 Certified.
